Tkachuk sparks the offense in Flames’ triumph February 16, 2017

Rookie sensation Matthew Tkachuk was named the 2nd star last night, as the Calgary Flames came from behind to defeat the Philadelphia Flyers, 3-1. The 19-year-old power forward scored the tying goal and assisted on the game-winner, and would go on to finish the contest with +3 rating. The native of Scottsdale, Arizona currently sits 5th overall in rookie scoring with 36 points, and 2nd in assists with 25. In his last four games, he has registered 2 goals and 3 assists.
