Kane leads the charge in Sharks’ Game 1 win April 13, 2018

Playing in his first ever Stanley Cup Playoffs game, Evander Kane did not disappoint, tallying 2 goals in the San Jose Sharks 3-0 defeat of the Anaheim Ducks. The 26-year-old winger added 6 shots on net and 3 hits in the contest, and would go on to be named the 3rd star of the game. The Vancouver-native has been an excellent addition to the Sharks’ squad since being acquired at the trade deadline, tallying 14 points (9 goals, 5 assists) in 17 regular season games.
