DeKeyser developing into top-4 defenseman September 02, 2014

After signing a two-year deal with the Detroit Red Wings in 2013 as an undrafted free agent, Danny DeKeyser has since blossomed into a full-fledged NHL’er. The 24-year-old impressed in his first full season with Detroit, picking up four goals and 23 assists in 65 games. He also proved that he could shoulder a heavy workload, logging an average of 21:38 a game while still posting a more than respectable plus/minus of +10.
