Wade began his career with NSM in 1995. Wade is a Certified NHL Player Agent licensed by the National Hockey League Players' Association and has a law degree from Concord Law School and a business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. With over 20 years of experience, Wade has represented players at every stage of their amateur and professional careers, advising on matters regarding junior and college hockey, the NHL draft process, entry level professional contracts, free agency and salary arbitration.

With his strong hockey background, business and legal knowledge, Wade has a significant role in building and managing the firms' NHL clientele, while leaning on his extensive experience at the amateur level to grow the firm’s stable of elite level prospects.
