Kane notches pair in Sabres’ win December 07, 2016

Evander Kane scored twice—including the game-tying goal—as the Buffalo Sabres came from behind to defeat the Edmonton Oilers 4-3 in overtime last night. After tallying the game’s first goal, the 25-year-old sniper forced overtime with just 29 seconds left, scoring off of a rebound from teammate Ryan O’Reilly’s shot. He would go on to be named the second star of the contest. The Vancouver-native has been hot of late, registering three goals and two assists in his last five games.
