Strome named Memorial Cup MVP May 29, 2017
Dylan Strome was disappointed to not lift the Memorial Cup last night, but no one can take away his performance over the last week or so of hockey, a five-game tear that saw him claim MVP honours. The 20-year-old center was easily the standout performer of the Memorial Cup, tallying 11 points in 5 games, including a record-breaking 7-point performance in the round-robin segment. The offensive dynamo also averaged more than 6 shots per game in the tourney, and finished with a +3 rating.
