Kessel registers assist in Pens’ victory June 01, 2017
Phil Kessel reached the 20-point plateau for a second consecutive playoff run last night, tallying an assists in the Pittsburgh Penguins’ 4-1 win over the Nashville Predators. A clutch playoff performer wherever he has played, Kessel has once again averaged nearly a point per game in the 2017 NHL Playoffs (he has 63 points in 67 career playoff games). The speedy winger currently sits 3rd overall in points with 20, and ranks 2nd in plus/minus with a +13 rating.
