Tkachuk confident of team turnaround in 2017-18 July 25, 2017

2^nd year pro Matthew Tkachuk is looking forward to a big year with the Calgary Flames this season, and believes a deep Stanley Cup run is not out of the question. Despite losing to Anaheim in the first round of last year’s playoffs, the Scottsdale, Arizona-native feels like there are a lot of positives to take away from that experience, and that the team is growing the right way. The highly skilled winger was one of the top rookies in 2016-17, tallying 13 goals and 35 assists in 76 games played.
