Steel excited to get professional career started July 28, 2017
After getting called up for a playoff game this past season, Anaheim Ducks’ prospect Sam Steel feels like he is now more prepared than ever to make the jump into the professional ranks. Drafted 30th overall by Anaheim in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, the 19-year-old forward took his game to new heights with the Regina Pats last season, raising his point total from 70 in 2015-16 to a WHL-high 131 in 2016-17.
