Lundqvist enters season in good frame of mind September 28, 2017

Henrik Lundqvist is feeling good entering his 13^th NHL season this fall, and much of it has to do with the way his last competitive game ended – that with a win for home country Sweden in the 2017 IIHF World Championships. Despite lacking a Stanley Cup win on his resume, the 35-year-old goaltender has been among the elite in his profession for over a decade now, and will easily go down in history as one of the best of all time. The 2017-18 season marks another big opportunity for the Swedish star to notch his first Cup triumph, and going into the season on a winning note certainly will not hurt his chances of achieving that goal.
