Clutch Performance

Cullen tallies twice in Wild victory January 03, 2018

Matt Cullen was all the offence the Minnesota Wild needed last night, as they beat the Florida Panthers in decisive fashion by a score of 5-1. Cullen would eventually be named the 1st star of the contest, after tallying the first 2 goals of the game (including the game winner), 5 shots on net and a +2 rating. Despite being the oldest player in the NHL, the 41-year-old center continues to be an important player for the Wild, playing in 39 of the team’s 40 games, registering four goals and six assists.
