Stone continues to shine in Senators’ shootout loss February 22, 2018

Mark Stone tallied two more points last night – recording assists on both of his team’s goals – as the Ottawa Senators’ fell to the Chicago Blackhawks by a score of 3-2. Despite the fact that his club has struggled in 2017-18, the Winnipeg-native is having one of his best seasons in an Ottawa Senators’ uniform. Through 50 games, the talented winger is averaging more than a point per game (52), and leads the Senators in plus/minus by a wide margin (+11).  Stone has also been on a tear offensively since the beginning of the new calendar year, with 18 points (4 goals, 14 assists) in just 13 games.
