The Winnipeg Jets got a surprising 4-2 win over the New Jersey Devils on Sunday, and young winger Evander Kane continued to build on a six-game point streak. Kane continues to be one of the most consistent performers on a Jets team that has struggled to an 8-9-1 record yet still finds itself in second place in a weak Southeast Division. He had the game-winning goal against the Devils on Sunday, his second game-winner of the season.
