Sanheim looking to build off of strong 2017-18 season June 06, 2018

Travis Sanheim will be looking to solidify his position in the Philadelphia Flyers’ defence corps next season, after a more than respectable rookie campaign in 2017-18. The 22-year-old defenceman split time between the NHL and AHL last season, logging important minutes and producing solid numbers with Philadelphia (2 goals, 10 assists in 49 games) while dominating with Lehigh Valley (1 goal, 15 assists and a +14 rating in 18 games). The 2014 1^st round pick (17th overall) will be a player to watch with the Flyers in 2017-18, as he looks to have a breakout campaign in his second full NHL season.
