Strome sticks with Oilers, signs two-year deal July 12, 2018
Ryan Strome decided to make Edmonton a permanent home last week, signing a new, two-year, $6.2 million contract. Traded from the Islanders in a pre-draft deal last year, the skilled forward feels like the Oilers are headed in the right direction, despite missing the playoffs in 2017-18. In his first campaign with Edmonton, the Toronto-native tallied 13 goals and 21 assists in 82 games played.
