Stone and Senators agree on one-year deal August 03, 2018

Mark Stone and the Ottawa Senators avoided arbitration yesterday, coming to terms on a new 1-year deal worth $7.35 million. The big-bodied winger has been a model of consistency since becoming a full-time member of the Senators in 2014-15, registering 4 consecutive seasons of at least 20 goals and 30 assists. The 26-year-old native of Winnipeg, Manitoba had an excellent campaign in 2017-18, registering 20 goals and a new a career-high in assists (42) in just 58 games played.
