Pageau has become a scoring threat on penalty kill August 21, 2018

Jean-Gabriel Pageau, who recently signed a multi-year deal to return to the Ottawa Senators through 2019-2020, has carved out a nice role for himself in the NHL as a speedy, two-way forward that can put the puck in the net. Since joining the Senators full-time during the 2014-15 season, the Ottawa-native has not failed to score at least 10 goals or more in each of his 4 years with the club. He has made a name for himself on the penalty-kill, where he has tallied 12 shorthanded points in the last 3 seasons (including 8 goals), ranking him 2^nd in the NHL during that span.
