Horvat already embracing leadership role October 02, 2018

Just 23-years-old, Bo Horvat will enter his 5^th season in the NHL as an alternative captain with the Vancouver Canucks. Groomed as the team’s next captain since being drafted back in 2013, the London, Ontario-native has proven to be up to the task, regularly dealing with media off the ice while being the Canucks’ most responsible, two-way forward on it. With another transition season on the horizon for Vancouver in 2018-19, Horvat says he is ready to take on a bigger role in both the dressing room and on the ice. He will be looking to build off 2017-18 that saw him set new highs in goals and plus/minus.
