Islanders sign Eberle to new contract June 14, 2019

Jordan Eberle and the New York Islanders came to terms on a new, 5-year contract on Friday. Acquired via trade from the Edmonton Oilers in 2017, the Regina-native has registered 44 goals and 52 assists (96 points) over the last 2 seasons.  He is coming off of an impressive performance in this year’s Stanley Cup Playoffs where he tallied 9 points (4 goals, 5 assists) in just 8 games played.
