Towering defenseman Oleksiak looks to break in with Stars September 30, 2013

With Lindy Ruff as the new coach in Dallas, it was inevitable that comparisons would be made with his one-time, mammoth-sized D-man Tyler Myers, and his new protégé, 6’7” Jamie Oleksiak. Despite the similarities in height, Ruff believes that Oleksiak is a much heavier and more physical-type defenseman than Myers, and expects the 20-year-old to play a rough-and-tumble brand of hockey.
