Rookie centerman makes another big statement in Flames win October 10, 2013

If Sean Monahan gets sent down to the minors after his 9-game trial, it will not be without a fight. Playing in just his 4^th NHL game, the soon to be 19-year-old scored his 3^rd goal of the season last night.  The performance, which included a slick, across-the-crease pass on the 2^nd goal, garnered him the 2^nd star of the match.  Monahan is off to a hot start the season, leading the Flames in goals (3) and tied for 1st in points (5).
