SAM REINHART NAMED NHL'S FIRST STAR OF THE WEEK January 08, 2024 - NHL.com

Sam Reinhart has been named the NHL First Star of the week for the second time this year, while previously named Third Star of the week two times this season.

“At both ends of the ice, he’s an amazing player,” Panthers captain Aleksander Barkov said. “I’ve said so many good things about him. He just reads the game so well. On top of it, he’s a very big threat to score goals and make plays.”

Through three games in the week, Reinhart registered six points, and helped the Panthers go a perfect 3-0-0.
