Steven Stamkos reached 1200 career NHL points on Tuesday night, recording a goal and an assist in Nashville’s 5 to 1 win over Calgary. The milestone goal came in the second period and extended the Predators lead to 2 to 0.

According to his NHL player profile, Stamkos has now produced 1200 points through 1190 career games, becoming the 53rd player in league history to reach the 1200 point mark. He added an assist late in the third period, finishing with two points and helping Nashville extend its winning streak to seven games.
