MARCUS FOLIGNO WINS KING CLANCY AWARD June 04, 2026 - NHL.com

Marcus Foligno has been awarded the 2026 King Clancy Memorial Trophy, the NHL's annual honor recognizing a player who demonstrates outstanding leadership and humanitarian contributions in their community. Foligno, along with his brother and Wild teammate Nick, partnered with the NHL, NHLPA, the V Foundation for Cancer Research, and both of their respective teams to launch the Foligno Face-Off — a fundraising initiative honoring their mother Janis, who passed away from breast cancer in 2009. The campaign has raised over $200,000 to fund breast cancer research across North America.
