Lundqvist and Karlsson help Sweden edge Finland February 21, 2014

Henrik Lundqvist stopped 25 of 26 shots and Erik Karlsson scored the winning goal, as the Swedes beat the Finns, 2-1.  After giving up the opening goal in the second period, Lundqvist shut down the hard-pressing Finns the rest of the way. On the offensive side of the ice, Karlsson was the story once again, beating the Finnish netminder with a well-placed wrist shot for the game-winning goal.  It was the superstar defenseman’s 4th goal and 8th point of the tourney, putting him in a tie for 1st overall in scoring.
