Doughty earns praise for strong defensive play May 06, 2014

The Los Angeles Kings are up 2-0 in their Second Round Playoff Series with the Anaheim Ducks, and a big part of the story has been the resilience of Drew Doughty, who has been a pillar of strength on the Kings blue line. Through two games the Ducks have been limited to 3 goals, and the 24-year-old star has been a big part of the defensive effort, averaging almost 30 minutes of ice time a game and compiling a plus/minus of +4.
