Richards finds new home in Chicago July 08, 2014
The Chicago Blackhawks signed Brad Richards on day 1 of free agency, and though it was not one of the more lucrative deals (1 year, $2 million) signed, it could turn out to be one of the bargains of the year. The 34-year-old native of Murray Harbour, P.E.I. proved that he still has what it takes to be a top-6 producer last season, scoring 20 goals and setting up 31 others in 82 games played.
