Weiss eager to leave injury woes behind August 21, 2014

8 months removed from what proved to be a season ending injury, Stephen Weiss is looking forward to getting back on track with the Detroit Red Wings.  A consistent point producer during his time with the Florida Panthers, the Torontonian has been snake-bitten by injuries over the past couple of seasons. Despite the setbacks, the 31-year-old is feeling like his old self again, and his confident he can adeptly fill the role of 2^nd line center with Detroit.
