DeKeyser signs new deal with Red Wings September 17, 2014
After a successful first season with Detroit saw him register 23 points in 65 games, Danny DeKeyser was rewarded with a two-year deal, Tuesday, that will reportedly be worth $2.187 million per year. The up-and-coming defenseman broke into the NHL with the Red Wings in 2013, signing with the team as an undrafted free agent out of Western Michigan of the NCAA.
