Marchand’s big weekend instrumental in Bruins' back-to-back wins March 09, 2015
Brad Marchand scored three goals this weekend, as the Boston Bruins solidified their playoff positioning with two big victories. The scrappy winger was named first star in the Bruins 3-2, come-from-behind win over the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday. The Halifax-native scored the tying goal with 15 seconds remaining in regulation time, and followed it up with the winner in overtime. Marchand has been on fire of late, tallying 5 goals and an assist in his last four games.
