Harkins is a sure commodity in the 2015 NHL Draft June 11, 2015

Expected to be drafted somewhere in the mid-to-late first round, Jansen Harkins’ star has been on the rise of late, with his hard-nosed style and leadership qualities impressing NHL scouts and GM’s alike. Despite playing for one of the perennial bottom-feeders in the WHL, the 18-year-old center led the Prince George Cougars to the playoffs this year, leading the team in assists (59) and points (79).
