Stone and Zibanejad ink new deals June 25, 2015

The Ottawa Senators came to terms with two of their brightest up and coming stars, Thursday, as Mark Stone and Mika Zibanejad both agreed to multi-year contract extensions. Stone, who came just a hair shy of claiming the Calder Trophy last night, signed a three-year deal worth $3.5 million annually. He is coming off of an impressive rookie season that saw him lead the Senators in goals with 26.  Zibanejad, meanwhile, finished his 2014-15 campaign with career-highs in just about every category, including goals (20), assists (26) and points (46).  He signed on for two more years at $2.625 million per season.
