Pouliot considered Penguins’ top prospect August 17, 2015
After making his NHL debut last year for the Pittsburgh Penguins, highly touted prospect Derrick Pouliot appears to be a lock to make the opening-night roster this season. Drafted 8th overall in 2012, the 21-year-old defenseman registered 7 points (2 goals, 5 assists) in 34 games in 2014-15. The product of Estevan, Saskatchewan is considered to be Pittsburgh’s No. 1 prospect.
