Young Wings’ stars give team optimistic outlook August 20, 2015
Sharpshooting winger Gustav Nyquist and up-and-coming goalie Petr Mrazek are two of the biggest reasons why the Detroit Red Wings have high hopes for the future. The Swedish-born forward has progressed nicely since breaking in with the club in 2013-14, and has scored an impressive 55 goals over his first 2 full seasons. Mrazek meanwhile, rose to the occasion in 2014-15, posting excellent number in both the regular season and the playoffs. He finished the year as the team’s No. 1 goalie.
