New acquisitions lead Penguins to victory November 05, 2015

Phil Kessel registered two assists and Eric Fehr scored the winning goal, as the Pittsburgh Penguins hung on to defeat the Vancouver Canucks by a score of 3-2. Known for his scoring acumen, Kessel turned playmaker on Wednesday, assisting on the two first Penguins’ goals which included a slick pass down low on the power play. He went on to be named the first star of the game. Fehr meanwhile, scored his 2nd goal of the year, tallying a shorthanded marker midway through the 3rd period that would turn out to be the game winner.
