Ritchie back on NHL track for 2016-17 season June 10, 2016

Snake-bitten by injuries in 2015-16, Brett Ritchie made of the most of his season, averaging his best points per game with the Texas Stars to date (28 points in 35 games). The Orangeville, Ontario-native also got a late-season call-up from the Dallas Stars that included his first taste of the NHL Playoffs. The hulking forward provides physicality and a net-presence the Stars could use in the upcoming season.  In 141 AHL games, Ritchie has tallied 53 goals and 48 assists.
