Tkachuk blessed with winning character June 17, 2016

Thanks in due part to his father Keith enjoying a successful NHL career, Matthew Tkachuk learned a lot of lessons about winning growing up. The 18-year-old top prospect has used those lessons wisely in his career thus far.  

After guiding the U.S. National Development Team to back-to-back gold medal triumphs at the U-17 and U-18 World Championships, Tkachuk was integral to the London Knights Memorial Cup victory this past year. The product of Scottsdale, Arizona is projected as a top-10 pick in the upcoming 2016 NHL Entry Draft, after an electrifying year in the OHL.
