Clutterbuck already a leader on Long Island August 10, 2016

Locker room favorite Cal Clutterbuck is being pegged as one of the alternate captains for the New York Islanders in 2016-17. The 28-year-old native of Welland, Ontario has been a fixture on the Islanders checking line for the past three seasons, and is known for his rugged style and penalty killing. In 2015-16 he chipped in with 15 goals, five of which were game-winners, and wore the “A” on a number of occasions due to injuries.
