DeKeyser looking to take on bigger role August 16, 2016

Newly signed Danny DeKeyser will be an important cog on the Detroit Red Wings blueline this year, as he continues to develop into an all-around defenseman.  The 26-year-old Macomb Township, Michigan-native has quickly become one of the most trusted players at the back end, with his ice-time growing to nearly 22 minutes per game in 2015-16. He also led the Red Wings in blocked shots with 107, and posted a career high in goals with 8.
