Karlsson ready for exciting new tournament August 24, 2016

Erik Karlsson is looking forward to the 2016 World Cup of Hockey this September, the new eight-team tournament that will pit hockey’s best against each other. The All-Star defenseman will be heading back to Sweden this weekend, where he and his teammates will begin a rigorous training camp. Despite the added workload to his offseason routine, the 26-year-old is not shying away from the challenge, and is excited to play in tournament with a brand new format.
