Mrazek honours the greats with new goalie mask September 13, 2016

Petr Mrazek may only be entering his 3^rd full season with the Detroit Red Wings, but he already has a strong sense of history. With the team about to play its last season in the hallowed Joe Louis Arena, the Czech-born goalie decided to have a new mask made, paying tribute to two of Detroit’s finest, the late Gordie Howe and Steve Yzerman.  Mrazek is set to have a busy workload this year, beginning with his appearance at the World Cup of Hockey starting this weekend.
