Konecny makes the Flyers’ opening day roster October 12, 2016

Travis Konecny will be in the Philadelphia Flyers’ starting lineup this Friday in their season opener versus the Los Angeles Kings. Drafted 24^th overall in the 2015 Draft, the 19-year-old forward was one of the Flyers’ top performers in preseason, tallying 4 points in 5 games. The London, Ontario-native will get a great chance to impress right from the get-go, with reports out of Philadelphia suggesting he will start the season on the team’s second scoring line.
